A mural on the end wall of Sweet, a local café in Exmouth Market. The migrating birds sharing the picnic of Sweet’s pastries. I painted in acrylic, mainly for practical reasons so that it was more durable, again working with it in washes as if it was watercolour. I painted during February in the slow periods for the café, from 3pm on each day, but still getting frequent interruptions as customers came and commented or asked questions.
